PFF JE ZAL JE WONING MAAR MOETEN VERKOPEN…
Pfff je zal je woning maar moeten verkopen…
‘Ik zeg dit niet voor niets, er komt zo veel bij kijken als je je woning gaat verkopen geeft best stress, allereerst neem je afscheid van je woning dat is ook niet mis, je moet gaan ruimen, nadenken wat blijft en weggaat, schoonmaken, makelaars zoeken, hoe ga ik mijn woning goed presenteren, waar ga ik straks wonen, ondertussen draait thuis ook alles nog door en ben je waarschijnlijk ook nog druk met je werk …. Dus ja ik begrijp heel goed dat je er enorm tegenop kan zien om je woning te moeten verkopen.
En je denkt bij jezelf nou ik vind het wel best, ik maak een beetje schoon en dat is best zo… zou zo zonde zijn…’
Een verkoopstyliste kan je daarin ontzorgen en creatief met je meedenken. Lees hier veel meer informatie.
Maar wat is verkoopstyling nou precies, ik kreeg in het begin hele wazige blikken als ik vertelde over mijn werk, sommige durfden te vragen wat het was en anderen begrepen er niks van (wat ik mijzelf ook goed kon voorstellen hoor) want Vastgoedstyling (zo word het ook genoemd) was er wel maar was nog niet echt bekend.
Verkoopstyling betekent eigenlijk gewoon: je woning verkoop klaar maken meer is het niet.
Je woning zo presenteren dat iedere potentiële kijker in jouw huis wilt gaan wonen.
Wat ik doe als verkoopstyliste: ik herpositioneer de meubels en inrichting, want we houden allemaal van ons eigen knusse thuis, maar jouw knusse thuis is niet voor iemand anders zijn knusse thuis.
Dus ik maak het neutraal, gooi soms de banken en tafels wel eens totaal om zodat de woning veel groter oogt , gebruik zoveel mogelijk accessoires die aanwezig zijn in de woning en voeg waar nodig accessoires toe. Benieuwd wie jouw huis komt verkoopstylen? Even voorstellen aangenaam Alies Hansum
Ik raad ook vaak aan om een muur die rood is toch even een likje verf te geven zodat deze ook neutraal is, dat geeft rust aan de woning en schrikt de kopers niet af.
Oppoetsen van de woning, ik zeg altijd als je een auto verkoopt poets je deze toch ook helemaal op want dat geeft meerwaarde, zo is het ook met de woning die je verkoopt, opruimen, oppoetsen, waar nodig repareren en de verkoopstyling doe ik voor je. Ook is het mogelijk dat een verkoopstyliste mee organiseert met opruimen en kan je dus op deze manier ook ontzorgen. Je woning verkopen hoeft dus niet alleen.
Relatief kleine investering met een groot resultaat, op Funda spring je er helemaal uit als je woning ook nog eens fantastisch gefotografeerd word. Bekijk hier een aantal voorbeelden van onze projecten
Een verkoopstyliste denkt met je mee, is creatief met oplossingen, geeft tips, ontzorgt, maakt je huis verkoop klaar (in 1 dag) en kan ook meedenken een geschikte makelaar voor je te vinden, eventuele opslag voor je verzorgen, de kleine klusje uit handen nemen door haar connecties in te schakelen. Ook handig om te weten stel je heb je woning fantastisch verkocht en je gaat verhuizen naar je nieuwe woning, maar je komt niet helemaal uit de indeling van je woning dan kan een verkoopstyliste ook nog creatief met je meedenken.
